Nick  Green

I was in the fire service and retired after 30 years of service in 2012 when I took up photography as a hobby both for the challenge and the exercise. Always the landscape has been an essential part of my life, both the land and coast, and being lucky to live in Devon UK; I have easy access to both.

Initially self-taught, I reached a point where I could not seem to progress further, and although having the vision of what I wanted to achieve could not seem to get there. At this point, I decided to do a photography workshop with Irish photographer Rohan Reilly whose work I had followed and admired for a while.

Once doing the workshop, I found I was rewarded with the knowledge I had been lacking and found myself producing the work I envisaged.
