Tim Booth has been working as a photographer since the 1980’s. He began by assisting a wide variety of fashion, food, interior and car photographers before embarking on his own career, initially working with a writer providing news and travel features in Asia and Africa for the UK broadsheets and magazines.
His commercial work for advertising and design agencies spans three decades and has taken him all over the world.
Known for his gritty portraits and his widely acclaimed and award winning book A Show Of Hands, he has recently been focusing on interpretive fine art land and seascape work that has already gained recognition with collectors across the globe.
There is an intensity and precision to Tim Booth’s work that draws the viewer in, engaging them in a simple, interpretive and focused view of the world.
